Houston Mediation & Arbitration Services I am a mediator and attorney in Houston Texas. I am certified as a court appointed mediator under the Texas ADR Act and trained at the A.A. White institute for Alternative Dispute Resolution Training. At A.A. White, I learned how to best facilitate each case and that over 80% of the time, mediation of a case would ease that case toward a sound conclusion. Since the late 1980's, the amount of cases that do end up at trial have shrunk exponentially. More and more people have come to realize that mediation is the most effeciant, least costly, and most stress free process to resolve any legal dispute. Houston Mediators are many in number and many are high in cost. As a young mediator, I am willing to mediate at low cost to you and at any hour of the day.
